How does the free trial work?
When you launch Radalt Toolkit for the first time, you get 30 days of full access to all seven tools — no credit card and no account required to start. The trial begins on first launch.
5 days before your trial expires, a notification will appear inside the app. You can use it to request a trial extension directly — no need to contact us separately.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Each trial or licence is tied to one PC and email address. If you need to use it on a different PC, please download the trial on the other PC using a different email address.
Which IFC versions are supported?
Radalt Toolkit supports IFC2X3, IFC4, and IFC4.3. We will continue to upgrade periodically to support future IFC versions as and when released.
How do I report a bug?
Email [email protected] with a short description of the issue and, if possible, attach the IFC that triggers it. You can also open an issue on the GitHub support repository.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), 4 GB RAM minimum (8 GB recommended for large IFCs), and 500 MB of free disk space.
